hi,this is rahul from india.about five years back i was into modeling and had a perfect body however today i have fat all over my stomach,neck and face n nowhere else.my weight was 85kgs n now its 106kgs.i look shaby and people around me tease me.its all my fault n no one else to blame for it.recently my girl left me after a long years relationship.today i feel low and very sad..i am all alone cry sometimes for what i am today.not for her or anyone but myself i want to loose all my fat in a month or two.i have an assignment in a month.if i dont loose weight i dont get work,i cant eat,live or anything.i dont want to be a looser in life.i want to rise again.people u guys plz help me here.god bless you always.</description>

		<description>I have just lost my first 15 pounds.  I did it by eating LOW fat.  Revising how I eat outside the home, being careful when ordering anything, to make sure it is low enough in fat content so my body can handle it.  I have never been able to lose weight before.  
I am not at the &quot;chick pea&quot; stage, but I will be soon enough.
We like lots of different types of beans, so I am not concerned.
All vegetables are pretty much fat free, if you are careful with the sauce or butter you add.  
I am grateful for your encouraging words to me and to others.
Currently I weigh about 283, but I did weigh about 297.

First off I saved up to buy your dvd for hips, buns and thighs as I had invested in the core secrets kit, although I like bouncing around on the ball to the buns battle it just wasn&#039;t working for me.  Ive only had your dvd for about 2 weeks now and it really does burn he-he.  Just I&#039;m struggling with a few things, I cant do all the work out most of the time which ends up me brushing it off for another day thinking if I don&#039;t put the time in to doing it right it wont work and another thing is, is food, where do I go to find healthy exciting meals that aren&#039;t going to cost me mega dollars as I&#039;m on a limited budget and cant join assorts of site and foods, the thing with me is I start out good then a few weeks into the routine I become so bored that I head back to my usual habit and then start to feel horrible about it, I know I want to change but why is change so hard to get your head around, I know alot of women may say well if you want to do it you can and I&#039;m sure there right but mentally I feel like I keep tripping up and letting myself down.
