Fat Loss Hoax: History Reveals Diet & Weight Loss Deception
-
The latest research shows that 99% (99 out of every 100 people) of the general public is tuned into the mass media via 2 or 3 mediums, at minimum, at an attention level adequate enough to be influenced and/or (mis)led by it. …not surprising at all…
But in that statistic lies some sordid truths…
By mass media – I’m referring to TV News/Talk Shows, Commercials, Radio, Newspapers, Magazines, etc…
And since mass media is supported by the Big Money Players (companies with lots and lots of money to spend on, (and control) advertising, and indirectly – programming…)
You ONLY get exposed to “their products” over, and over, and over – and for every commercial or advertisement that is run – there are a certain number of buyers (you may have been one of those buyers at some point…) that these companies can ‘bank on’ – and hence they keep pouring money (that comes from the profits they generate from all the consumers) into this perpetual money machine…
People BUY – They TRY – They FAIL…
- and the cycle keeps repeating itself…
BUY… TRY… FAIL…
BUY… TRY… FAIL…
BUY… TRY… FAIL…
This may sound familiar to you – or you may have seen people you know, experience this demoralizing cycle…
The problem is – this prevents you from getting access to other products and solutions, produced by real professionals… individuals (not big companies or wealthy doctors who have lots of money to write a diet book and then spend millions of dollars on advertising)…
…real people that are ‘in the trenches’ – creating and perfecting their own fool-proof methods that actually deliver on the presented promises… and personally hold themselves accountable to you…
Thankfully, the internet is giving people like me a fighting chance to reach out to people like you – with unique solutions that actually work…
In the next few months – before the New Year arrives here in the US (the program will be accessible worldwide) – I’m going to be introducing my Fat-Loss/Dieting solution to the world… and the cycle me and you are gonna see together is…
DO… SUCCEED…
DO… SUCCEED…
DO… SUCCEED…
It’s not gonna be an just ebook or a motivational set of cd’s (I’ll be sending you a free ebook in the next few weeks titled ‘Confessions of a FORMER YoYo Dieter’: 3rd Edition, updated and revised) – so stay tuned for that…)
…this fat-loss/diet project will be new and much more powerful than anything out there – something you haven’t seen or heard of before – I guarantee it…
Yes – it’s gonna be centered around the TACTICS I’ve spoken about in the last few weeks – but attached to the TACTICS are going to be ‘lifelines’, seamless coaching ‘devices’, simple implementation tools, and other ‘mechanisms’ that I can’t mention yet… that just can’t be offered by big companies… – which will make your efforts automatically successful…
One of my friends saw the outline if this program on paper… these were her exact words: “Holy smokes, Joey – this is like the ‘HOW’ of fat-loss – this is gonna be huge… you’re gonna be a total hero, especially with women, how in the world did you come up with this?”
Before I sign off – You must know this – Me and my ‘wiz kid’ programming Ace, Erik – are working literally around the clock on this. My wife peeked her head out of the bedroom at about 2:17am last night/this morning to see if I was actually typing away at the keyboard – or if she was just dreaming – well, she wasn’t dreaming
)
But – we are doing all this work now – because what we’re creating is what’s going to make this all finally work for you – …it’s going to make what you need to do so darn easy – you just can’t fail…
Mark 2009 on your calendar as ‘Your Year’ – it’ll be here before you know it and by the time it gets here – you’ll be set up for success and closing in on your goals, and those around you can follow along or be green with envy as you get your body and life into the shape you’ve been dreaming of…
Stay tuned for this free ebook coming your way in the next week or two… a friend of mine pulled the older version from my files and asked if he could share it with some people – they loved it – so I updated and revised it this past weekend and added some more material for you… You’re gonna love it – and it’s the perfect intro for the new program – you’ll be glad you got your hands on this!

Dear Joey,
I live in Lima, Peru (South America) and I receive your enticing news letters with regularly. I am 63 and in great shape. Nonetheless, since a few months ago I have started seeing this awful fat accumulation in my body’s abdominal area and below the navel as well. Can you help me get rid of it and prevent any more fat “deposits”? For your info, I am 5′7″, weigh 141 lb and according to the doctor 25% of my weight is fat mass. My measurements are 43 – 33 – 41.
Thank you in advance Joey,
Sonia Figuerola

Joey: I can’t wait to get my hands on your new diet book. I purchased your LBHT a few months ago but my back and knees just wouldn’t let me do anything. I tried again 3 weeks ago and did only as much as I could and then began pushing each time. I’m seeing a loss of an inch in my waist and hips already. The lunges are still in the baby stages because my knees seem to be rebelling but I keep going as far as I can. It’s working because I feel the muscles the next day and each time I can get closer to proper form. Thank you for understanding women. Your wife is so lucky, I’m sure she knows that. Thanks again, Liz

I can’t wait to read your book. I have never reallybeen overweight, but I would like to lose about 5 lbs. AND I have tried to lose my baby-belly fat…after 7 children, and still cannot do so, even though I have been trying for about 15 weeks. I have seen ‘toning’which I am happy for, but I am still NOT where I want to be. I DO have a sweet tooth and my worst time is right after work at around 3-4 pm….but I HAVE cut down A LOT on the sweets, but have NOT gotten rid of them entirely.
I just want something that works…really works, for this darn belly fat and cellulite…
Your book should be inspirational. Thanks.

Joey,I love your positive attitude.I sold health cookware a few years ago but I also had a class 1 license.I’d get the urge to get 18 wheels under me ,not exercise, drink coffee and breath exhaust.Dumb eh? The Co2 caused me to have seizures loosing my license and job and go on early retirement. I got back into health and thank the Lord the seizures have nearly ceased. Your
statements are uplifting,Lord Bless you and yours.Love,Ed

HI JOEY..
YOU DO HAVE A WAY OF “CUTTING THROUGH THE FAT” OF ALL EXERCISE
MYTHS AND MISLEADING PROGRAMS..I TOO AM OF THE MINDSET THAT YOU CAN “KEEP IT SIMPLE” AND STILL GET RESULTS..SO I AM VERY HAPPY I DISCOVERED YOUR WEBSITES AND EXERCISE PROGRAMS..CURRENTLY I OWN YOUR “ABS OF STEEL” DVDS ,INCLUDING THE UPPER BODY ONE THAT COMES WITH THE PROGRAM..DOING THESE FAITHFULLY (4-6 TIMES A WEEK MIXING IT UP) PLUS UTILIZING EMAIL TIPS(OTHER EXERCISES..ESPECIALLY THE ONE FOR WALKING)I HAPPILY WENT TO THE DOCTOR THIS AM FEELING IN GREAT SHAPE..EXCEPT THAT I STILL NEED TO LOSE “A LITTLE” WEIGHT ..EVERYTHING ELSE CHECKED OUT..THE DOCTOR EVEN SAID “WOW” ABOUT MY OVERALL CONDITION..I AM THINKING AS MY NEXT STEP TO ORDER THE ULTIMATE MAKEOVER ..I AM NOT A DIET PERSON JUST SOMEONE THAT GOES BY “EVERYTHING IN MODERATION ” AS MY GRANDMOTHER USED TO SAY..I HARDLY EAT ALOT..SO I’M CURIOUS HOW I WILL LOSE 15 OR SO LBS.. ANY THOUGHTS?? WILL THE MAKEOVER “MAKE” THE DIFFERENCE FOR A LADY 5′ 3″ AT 146LBS ??
September 18th, 2008 at 3:00 pm
Hi Joey, you’re dead right about diets! They come in three varieties: ones where you lose weight, but not as much as you want, & the weight all goes back on, plus a few more; ones where you don’t lose any weight & ones where you put weight ON! These so-called diet gurus have made an obscene amount of money; they have ripped off your health as well as your wallet.
I used to do Callanetics, & yes, it did lift my butt & slim my thighs – but I followed her so-called anti-cellulite diet, which was low in fat & protein. The muscle that I developed over the previous 6 months all went in 2 weeks.
September 18th, 2008 at 3:21 pm

Joey,
I’m the going-on-70 gal with the “younger” body that loves your program. Weight is not my problem – but there was a time in my life that I really had to keep on it or it was creeping up in spite of running 10 miles a day and working my butt off. Those were some tough years. Then I developed Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome. Believe it or not, CFIDS was the best thing that even happened to me, because it made me really start taking serious care of myself. Oh, I ate a lot healthier than most folks, I didn’t drink or smoke or do drugs, but I took my good health for granted and frequently pushed myself on little sleep when I had some writing or art project/deadline bearing down on me. I have always gotten by on less sleep than most folks, but I had a bad habit of really pushing the envelope. I’d indulge in a coke or pepsi pretty regular and binge on chocolate more often than was good for me. That was about it for bad habits. Maybe not as bad as the average American hitting junk and processed food and not much in the way of veggies. The “immune dysfunction” part of CFIDS would kick in when I took in anything that had even trace amounts of antibiotics. I soon discovered I can’t take hardly any kinds of antibiotics. That meant no commercially raised meat and dairy products. There were other things that made the CFIDS flare up: food additives, dyes, preservatives, etc. So, pretty soon, I was down to cooking basic, whole food, from scratch and slowly eliminating animal products from my diet – along with sugar and all fats except extra virgin olive oil and extra virgin coconut oil. Most of my life, I had battled weight gain. I never got really heavy except with my first child, but I watched the scales like a hawk and doubled up on exercise the minute it started to creep up. even with this effort, I usually was 10 – 12 pounds heaver than I really wanted to be. Not that bad; most people wouldn’t have considered my over weight at all.
As I gradually converted to a healthy VEGAN diet, I noticed a wonderful side effect. Not only was I able to hold the CFIDS at bay – you never actually get rid of the virus or viruses that cause it, you just find ways (if you are fortunate) to keep them whipped into a corner, but voila! no more weight problems!. I’ve learned I am not the old “iron horse” I pridefully thought of myself as, and I know when to not push myself any farther. But the real benefit to the whole diet change was that I was no longer dreading the daily check with the bathroom scales! Without any effort or constant monitoring, my weight slowly dropped and I never have to “sweat” it anymore. While I do have on occasional treat of dark (only) chocolate, I don’t binge on it and haven’t had a soda in a couple of years. The dentist who just took X-rays of my teeth commented on how good the bone in my jaws looked on the X-ray. “like a 20-year old.” This same diet (if you want to call it that) has helped buy many years for my husband who was diagnosed with prostate cancer 10 years ago. He is a sugarholic, and doesn’t follow it was good as he should. However, when he really sticks to it, he can bring his PSA numbers DOWN! His doctor was absolutely floored; he said he had never had anyone do that in his practice! We just discovered a wonderful book that has made a HUGE difference in his food/sugar/weight problems.
Bottom line: You could do your “readers” a big favor by suggesting that they pick up a book called “Breaking the Food Seduction” by Neal Barnard, M.D. ISBN 0-312-31494-9 (pbk) I HIGHLY recommend that you read it, too. It will change the way you look at food and give you some tips on making simple changes that can make a big difference in weight loss and health gain. Google Dr. Barnard and you’ll see he has some pretty impressive credentials. He came from a beef ranching background, but has become a vegan as a result of the things he has learned in his research.
I know a lot of people can’t imagine life without eating meat, but I promise you, that if you read this book, put it’s principles into practice, give it a three week trial. IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!! Are you hearing what I’m saying? CHANGE YOUR LIFE! So, is your health and your weight struggles worth three weeks? When you’ve fought weight as many years as I did or if (like my husband) you are staring the big C in the face, you would stand on your head for three weeks if it would help. Believe me, this is a lot easier than standing on your head. Please check it our, Joey. You (and your readers) will be soooo-o-o glad you did.
Once again, thanks for those great Butt Toning Tips! And I REALLY hope you will check out this tip ’cause your readers will love you for it when you pass it on.
Your sexy-butt-grannie friend,
Betty

Dear Joey,
I really need some motivation. I have never been so out of shape in my life. In fact I was never out of shape. I develope a hyperthyroid condition 4 years ago, most 7 kilos (14lbs) on
a pretty slim and muscular frame and I lost all my muscle, like thgat in one week. So for the last 4 years, I have been excersing on and off when my health permits. haven’t done anything except walk and rollerblade the last 9 months and boy does it show.
I am still a size 4 but spilling out of it, fat roll adn cellulite for days and feeling very heavy. I bought your LBHT in the spring and have yet to look at it, as well as Turbulence Training, etc.; So I need to get back in a routine. I use to weight lift, dance and do some step. I also need to stop eating junk! Anyway, just venting as I know perfectly well what I’m supposed to do. Start reading adn applying. I know!!

I was 181 lbs back in Jan 2008. Had some blood work done and the told me my cholesterol was super high 7.90.
They put me on Lipator and said you have the choice to make Either be on it or do something. So I continued with the drug plus did work out on a treadmill for 1 hour, 50 sit-ups, 75 leg raises and 22 min of hip hop abs. I stuck to a diet with Quaker Oats instant oatmeal with cinnamon and a teaspoon of milled flaxseed.
I lost 22 lbs in 2 month, total as of to date is 31 lbs, 6″ off my waist. 2 inches off my hips, 1 ” off my neck.
Current weight is 150lb age 56, height 5′11″
No fancy weight-loss foods or ads just healthy choices and will power.
Now I have been off the drug for the last 2 months and still on track.
I take 2 cayenne capsules per day before breakfast. This helps boost up your metabolism
Exercise first thing in the morning before my meal. This helps burn off stored fat in your body, with out burning off your nutrition from your breakfast.
Drink plenty of water, which gives you that full feeling.

Hi Joey. I am from South Africa. I used to be always skinny, until they finally could diagnose endemetrioses. After my son, now already nine, I had a historectomy. The doctor gave me also a high dosis of Premarin, as someone said I could have as well just pop some steriods. I would love to have my body again.
Thank God for someone like you!

Joey thank you very much for all the information you gave. I am from the Philippines. You see before I discovered your site I have tried different kinds of diets as well as taking slimming med. The recent chinese med I took really put my weight down and I am now wearing a Medium size T shirt. But my real problem started when I noticed that my butt has also decreased in size. By the way I am 48 with 2 teenage children and I’m fond of wearing jeans. Even my office uniform looks sloppy when I wear them. It looks like they were not tailored made for me. But with the help of your exercises and all your mails I learned a great deal about what to do with my body and I am confident that if I follow your instructions very weel I will achieve my goal in regaining it.
