How do you stave off your hunger until 11am? I wake up at 7am and 4 hours is a long time to go w/o food in the morning. What if I eat breakfast at 10am??

Hi Joey
I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 20 years. Here is a good breakfast too. Try it you will like it. A can of sardines with salsa on whole wheat toast and a banana. Don't forget to add your spices pepper for the sandwich no butter or margarine and cinnamon on you banana. Kim Thibert Windsor,Ontario
Happy eating(:

Joey, I am now addicted to oatmeal with blueberries in it for breakfast! I've had it everyday this week. That along with my LBHT workout 3 times a week and cardion, upper and abs inbetween I feel like I've got a very well-rounded diet and exercise routine going on. I'm on my way to being fitabulous!!! :-)

I'm curious about your meal-shifting tactic. Do you slowly move back meals later in the day so you don't eat too often? I was thinking about doing that myself. I had a thought about gradually moving breakfast back to lunch time and then only eating twice per day, at least some of the time. But I'm sure what you're doing is a better idea! :-)
