I love your tips and thought of ordering your program but i don&#039;t know if it will only land in a shelve - tell you why;

We stayed in South Africa where I attended a gym regularly and enjoyed it very much:  I had a personal trainer and in 4 months lost 12.5kg and 61cm. I were so very proud of my new body! We moved to Madagascar September 2008, a island near South Africa with no gym close (still waiting for my household goods; including a homegym:)  I now work from 7am - 6pm, sitting most of the time:

We get all our meals at the company where we are working.  I try to eat healthy (the way i did in SA)but lost motivation to exercise the way i did (did some body weight exercises here at home in Madagascar)

How can i get motivated again??  I start gaining weight and feel depressed about it, the more depressed; the more i tend to turn to the wrong foods.

Please help!

		<description>I have always been told that you can NOT just work on your butt, or your tummy, etc. that in order to get the full benefit of any workout you must work the whole body... does your program not contradict this?
I’m in my mid 40’s and my stomach and butt have grown to a disgrace.  I am going to the gym, I do 30 minute on the tread mill, changing speed and incline (can’t run as my ankles pop out, always have since I was a kid) then I do some ball sit ups, squats, lunges, flutter kicks, etc. but nothing :( and I’m getting so discouraged.  I’ve never been an emotional eater but I think I’m headed that way, as I find I’m sort of binging in the evenings (eat proper all day though)… I’m about 30lbs overweight, but 40lbs over what I REALLY would like to be.
I guess my main question is, how is your program different than any of the other ones out there.. I work hard for my money and I&#039;m so sick of being burnt.</description>
