Joey- Congrats on your new invention. It is very impressive as are you. I can’t wait to see the finished product. As it is now, it would be way to big for the space that I have, but I’ll look forward to possibly seeing it in my gym in the near future. Much success!

This looks like a piece of equipment I would actually use. I have a simple machine like this for Pilates (a few springs and straps connected to a bar and mat) and I have seen results from it which I never saw at the gym. I bought your UBHTM e book recently and I hurt in some brand new places. (In a good way)
I will keep you posted with results! Thanks Joey. Hope to see the Atlas Gym soon at my gym.

i’m a woman. this thing looks great 4 upper body, which is what most men work on….but what about the rest of the body??!! if this is the ultimate bodyweight workout system, and is suppose to be for women & children as well as men, then i think it should be able to accomodate legs & abs, which is where most women have problems. doesn’t look like a gym, but it would pass as an upper body machine. also, looks like it would be very expensive.
May 20th, 2009 at 2:29 am
it would be lucky for me if I can have those gym equipments.Good luck!

Wow that looks great, and it’s so simple. Please tell me it’s going to be available in the uk. The upper body is something I always have problems with because I have very week wrists perticually the left, but your piece of kit looks like I could take the pressure off whilst still getting a good workout. (the upside down shoulder one looks a bit scary though)

Looks very efficient, I hope it will be affordable for the average person
May 20th, 2009 at 7:47 am
Joey, great workout and the equipment, however is a bit space consuming ( when not in use ), wish it could just be merged with the other furniture pieces..
May 20th, 2009 at 10:36 am
This is good. I will be doing the exercises demonstrated.
Thank You much.

What dose this exerciser cost?
May 20th, 2009 at 12:28 pm
I want one!!! I’m loving this machine because it works with one’s own body weight and it’s easy to use. Joey, I was actually going to buy a metal bed frame just so I could have the support needed to do the ‘push way’ chest and arm exercises.[There's finger prints on my walls and door frames...chuckle]
I’m also lovin the fact that the arms are adjustible and the exercises you’ve designed for this baby. I could see it in my bedroom because it’s not bulky.
I’ve always wanted to be one of those women that could lift their body weight on the door bars — I’m still cautious about fitting a bar in the door frame. Your machine will work wonderful for a shortee like me. I’d love to be one of the focus group customers that tests this baby out for you. Let me know if you like to have my help.
This baby is a winner. I don’t think that the folks that would use this machine would be too worried about the weight of the adjustible arms due to the assumption that they are accustomed to weights. The lighter version will be great for beginners and those who never use weights in their workouts.
Much blessings and success,
Jan

Hey Joey, as long as I have got a hole in my a** I cant see that I will ever beable to do those exercise’s, but I am sure the drooling ladies are enjoying watching you do them
May 21st, 2009 at 10:11 am
Hey Joey, I’ve seen your video or the sneak preview of your ingenious invention. I notice you use a lot of the arm strength, I wonder whether that would make us look ‘bulky’ after sometime of using it? And for the shoulder press, you have to go head down first, boy it does look tough for me.

This is not a comment about your video. I was trying to figure out how to ask you a question and this seemed to be the only way.
I am getting older and have always been in decent shape. The last 9 years have had many surgeries and been layed up. After each surgery exersised and got back in shape. Now I notice my skin is not as firm as it use to be and no matter how much I exersice my skin is not firm. Is there any way to get rid of this. Notice it mostly under my arms and upper chest sides, stomach and abs. I am afraid it is really getting to me and want to stay more covered up because of it. Any suggestions? Thank you for your great emails.

HI Angel – its not really the ‘how much’ you exercise that dictates what results you get – But rather the what ‘type’ of exercises you do that dictate the outcome.
You could try my program – see what happens – if you are not happy with the results – you get 1 year to ask for a refund. Then you can look into skin surgery. (This is common with people who’ve lost a lot of weight – but still had extra skin left over.
Best,
Joey

Hi Joey, I really think your on to something wonderful with the new machine you are putting together. Those exercises were awesome, I would of never thought to vary my arms on those but I can see where they would keep your body challenged. Great Stuff. I can’t wait to see more of your exercises as the machine developes.
Thanks
Bridget
